What is CallWrk?
CallWrk is the AI front office for UAE home and facility businesses. It answers every inbound call in Arabic or English, books the job, sends a WhatsApp card, and coaches the call after. It does not make outbound sales calls. Each client has an isolated Grok voice agent — customer data is never shared between tenants.
How does CallWrk answer calls?
Inbound PSTN hits our telephony adapter, then xAI Grok Voice (grok-voice-latest) greets in the caller’s language, captures emirate/community/villa, and books a GST slot. Recording notice is spoken first. Emergencies (AC down in summer, water leak, electrical trip) transfer to your on-call number.
How much does CallWrk cost?
Plans start at AED 399/month (Starter: unlimited inbound, AI booking, WhatsApp job cards). Growth is AED 699/month (adds coach + unified inbox). Scale is AED 1,149/month (adds web chat, CSV export, unlimited seats). Prices exclude 5% VAT. 14-day free trial, no setup fee.
Does CallWrk work with my existing phone number?
Yes. Forward your +971 number (e& / du / BYO SIP) to CallWrk, or provision an inbound DID. When you are busy or after hours, the AI answers. We do not market foreign Twilio DIDs as UAE caller ID.
What trades does CallWrk support?
AC / HVAC first, then plumbing, electrical, villa maintenance, facilities, cleaning, pest, and pools. The agent collects UAE addresses (emirate, community, villa/building, unit, gate notes) — not foreign postcodes.
Is customer data isolated? Is it PDPL compliant?
Yes. Each tenant has isolated config, transcripts, jobs, and metered xAI usage. Phone numbers are hashed. We never share one client’s customers with another. Transcripts are stored under UAE PDPL rules. Prefer compute in AWS me-central-1.
Can CallWrk integrate with my calendar and messaging?
Yes. Google Calendar is the v1 booking calendar. Inbound WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, SMS, email, and web chat all land in one tenant-scoped inbox. The Grok text agent replies and can book. We do not autodial missed-call voice callbacks.
Does CallWrk make outbound sales calls?
No. Outbound campaigns, autodial, and AI-initiated PSTN callbacks are cancelled. Missed-call WhatsApp “book here” messages are allowed because they are reactive to an inbound contact.
